Landing and boxes/b4 lists

So I'm beginning to pack up things to land in Canada. I know the forms to use. But should I be putting what box number the items are in on the form? Or is just the item ok?

Can I hand them an attachment excel document of all items? Or does it need to be on their form ?

Just the item description, its quantities and estimate value. You may attach an excel print out.
