Landed with the wrong info on COPR, what to do now ?

so on the COPR I am single , but I am actually common law with my girlfriend and she is applying pNP by herself , we both updated CIC after one year of living together but I didn’t check CoPR when landing , what to do now ?

Oh boy. When you landed and were asked your marital status as part of the interview did you also say you were single and forget to check?

She should continue with her PNP application if you’ve already completed the landing. She will no longer be considered part of the family class if you didn’t include her in the application and did the medical before you landed.
If you haven’t landed yet, return the COPR and add her to the application.

If you were planning on sponsoring her, you are now banned from ever sponsoring her. The misrepresentation aspect is an issue you'll have to handle if it comes up.
