Landed PR process and rest of the process

Hi Guys,

I received the email update from IRCC on my PR application and they have asked me to update information in the PR confirmation portal and they will dispatch the PR card.
I am trying to get understanding of how this system works. I have the following queries:

a) What steps come after the PR confirmation portal submission. Will I be submitting my passport for PR visa stamping on my passport?
b) For the person who is on WP, what steps does he need to carry out once PR is done, like SIN update and what else?
