Landed in May 2017, I have not received my first PR Card

Hi guys,

I landed on May 19th 2017. Until now, I have not received my first PR Card. Is this normal?
How should I check if CIC has mailed it out to me or not? Is there anybody that I can call to find out the status of first PR Card processing stage?
