Well that's funny considering I talked to an Immigration officer at the airport that I'm going to be landing at and he told me differently.
Maybe it's because I'm visa except that it's not going to be a problem, I don't really know. I think that the fact that COPR isnt' valid for travel is bull, especially since there are only two consulates in the US that deal with Travel Documents, and each of them are impossible to reach promptly.
