I've landed in 200x (single) yet I haven't met the residency obligation. I've decided to re-apply the PR with my spouse and kids this time.
Do I need to submit IMM5782 Application to Voluntarily Renounce Permanent Resident Status first before submitting my PR application again? I think it's confused CIC if I withdrawl my old PR and re-apply PR immediately. I would like to explain it in LOE when submitting my new PR, will they reject my application if so?
