I need to know is it OK to send documents like transcripts etc in hard or soft lamination ?

Transcripts, should be in sealed envelope from Univ

You are not required to send Original Docs other tan PCC and Language proficiency test result. Transcripts are copy of your marksheets issued by Univ in a sealed envelope
