Lambton College Application Rejected | Can i apply again?

Hello,

I applied for Supply Chain Management Course in Lambton College. But after waiting for around a month, they rejected my application and they stated the reason as "Weak Academics". My preference is to go to this college. Can I apply for another course in the same college? Is there any chance that they will accept my offer letter?

I have 8.2 CGPA in 10th, 76% in 12th and 65% in B.tech - Mechanical Engineering. But I have backlogs.

It's a management course, I think everyone can apply for this course after graduation.
