Hi Friends,

I am in process of creating my express entry profile under CEC(currently in canada on Work permit). I have a valid permanent job offer from my current employer too. The concern I have is , "from my first employer in India whom with I worked with 10 years ago (between 2005 to 2007), I dont have any payslips, offer letter etc. Only document i have is my experience letter and a salary certificate. Is it OK for to me to NOT SHOWING this experience on PR Profile, since I dont have proper documents to support it to CIC. But this experience I have already shown to CIC when I applied for WORK PERMIT in 2014. Will it cause any problem, if dont show any experience on my PR profile, which I have shown earlier on Work permit". Kindly help with your points. Thanks in advance.

Express Entry is tricky ! They do not ask for information if its missing / incomplete, they reject the case altogether. I would suggest contact an immigration consultant and then subit your case.

So if I am NOT showing the experience which I cant support with documents, Will it cause any trouble?

Payslips and offer letter are not required documents.

Only document i have is my experience letter and a salary certificate.
For PR purposes, these are much better documents than the first two you mentioned. The Experience letter is required.

Is it OK for to me to NOT SHOWING this experience on PR Profile, since I dont have proper documents to support it to CIC.

Yes, it is OK not to show it, even though it sounds like you do have the documents. For the Expression of Interest profile, you only need to show experience for which you will gain points for eligibility. Since you state that you have a valid job offer (you have the LMIA+written offer of permanent full-time employment if you become a PR), you do not need the points for this experience.

But this experience I have already shown to CIC when I applied for WORK PERMIT in 2014. Will it cause any problem, if dont show any experience on my PR profile, which I have shown earlier on Work permit".

No, no problems. If/when you get your ITA and have to complete your background history forms, of course then you have to list everything. But not here, not on the EOI profile.
