Do we need to apply for/or to arrange a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), before applying for Express Entry.
Have no clue about Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

No, you don't have to have a LMIA to apply through EE. You only need the LMIA if you want to qualify for the extra 600 points if you have a permanent, full time, non-seasonal job.

Nope. If you don't have a job offer you will have to register with the job board. Not sure of the process for that as I had a job.

Hi just a note you cannot apply for a LMIA. It has to be done by an employer on your behalf. Also very hard to get because unless you have an extremely specialized skill your Employer will not be able to show that they cannot recruit a Canadian to do the job. Hence if you live in one if the big cities like Toronto and Vancouver and don't have a highly specialized skill your chance of being successful with an LMIA application are slim to none.
