Labor market assessment

Hi, good day all,

My sister is planning to hire me as a baby sitter as she is almost due. She would be having the Labor market assessment to have an opening for a foreign worker to be hired as a baby sitter for her daughter. I would like to know how long will it take for me to apply for the job opening, she is a canadian resident, I hope you guys can help me out, thanks a lot Smiley

There is no prospect whatsoever of a Labour Market Impact Assessment being granted for a babysitter.

The application needs to prove that no Canadian is available, able, and willing to do the job.
