LA PPR. Passport Delivery Problem!!!

Hi,
We got PPR from LA and used USPS Express Mail(overnight requiring a signature) as instructed. Just tracked the package. It shows "Notice Left(No Authorized Recipient Available)" at 11:48am yesterday Tuesday.
I talked to USPS and they said package will be sent back if it's not picked up in 5 days!!!
Wanted to see if anyone had problems like this?

Ive had that problem with other items inside Canada,
and you should be able to call them and schedule and pick up, or just make sure u are at the address all day tomorrow so you don't miss it. But usually I miss mine when they deliver to my house cuz im at work all day, so I always call them and schedule a time for me to go pick it up

Thank you. I think you misunderstood me. We sent the passport to the LA Canadian Consulate and the note was left to them.

oo okay. sorry!
yeah not much you can do in that case than.
try calling them if possible. the offices usually have 1 person designated to receive all packages.

I phoned USPS and requested a 2nd delivery tomorrow and we also sent LA an email telling them about the delivery notice. Will let you know what happens later. Thank you.

All is well now. They made the delivery this morning and was signed for. Now we just have to hope for its speedy return. Thank you LeisaP! :-*
