Start to End process and timeline
Applied and received the PCC from Kuwait Embassy in Ottawa in a week.
Oct 30, 2025: Email sent to goodconduct@kuwaitembassy.ca (step 1)
Oct 30, 2025: Despatched all docs through UPS to Ottawa Embassy of Kuwait 333 Sussex Drive (step 2)
Nov 03, 2025: Documents delivered to Embassy of Kuwait (delay due to weekend, otherwise it would have delivered earlier)
Nov 06, 2025: PCC printed and released by Embassy of Kuwait through UPS return envelope
Nov 07, 2025: PCC received in hand
Step 1: Email to be sent to goodconduct@kuwaitembassy.ca with below three documents
1. Clear copy of the first page of the passport (Old & new passport). (ON THE SAME PAGE)
2. Copy of the Civil ID (both sides back and front). (ON THE SAME PAGE)
3. Passport-size photo (no specification as long as it’s a passport size) JPEG
All above attachments in JPEG only.
Step 2: Send all the below through UPS to Embassy of Kuwait, GOOD CONDUCT, 333 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 1J9
1. A prepaid envelope computer label for return UPS (please note that if you are two people applying together in the same address only send ONE UPS computer label and envelope. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANADA POST.
2. Bank draft Payable to the Embassy of Kuwait $120.00.
3. A passport size photo (Canadian size)
4. Clear photocopy of the first page ( please make sure its photocopied clearly) of the passport( ONLY CURRENT PASSPORT ).
5. Copy of the Civil ID (both sides back and front). (ON THE SAME PAGE)
6. Copy of Residency Permit / Kuwaiti visa.
7. A cover letter mentioning email address, phone number, all other details which you can add for reference.
You will not receive any confirmation from their about receipt of email or receipt of documents but they will receive it. Keep tracking it with UPS.
Now it is very fast like only a week of processing time because they now have an electronic PCC, where they have details of name, Civil ID, etc. with a stamp saying 'No Criminal Record' and a signature. Also they have a KD20 stamp affixed on the back.
Very nice and efficient process. Hats-off to Kuwait Embassy.
