We are in the process of applying for citizenship. We had got our Kuwait PCC in Nov 2019 before our AOR in Jan 2020.
We got our COPR in Feb 2022 and moved from Kuwait to Canada in July 2022 and haven't visited since then. In this case, would we still need to apply for a new PCC or could we use the old one?
