Hi guys.

Im a kiwi bloke. my experience is in hospitality.

I am nearing the end of my working holiday permit.

I want to stay in this great country, and am wondering if i should employ a lawyer to help me, or if it is straight forward enough for me to go about gaining an Expedited LMO for my employer, and/or apply for Provincial nominee program? Also, what other options might i have, with regards to a temp work permit (is this easy enough to do without a lawyer)?

It may be obvious, but i have little idea what to do, and am open to any suggestions or guidance!

Thank you for your help folks! Long live canada!

I don't think you need a lawyer but I wouldn't know how you would expedite an LMO. Maybe that is what you could use a lawyer for

There are 2 kinds of LMO,The Normal LMO and the Expedited LMO for Certain Job Categories,Many Hospitality Jobs are eligible for Expedited LMO.
