Hi, I am also October (1st), 2019 applicant and no news at all from Kitchener office. I think we cannot contact them directly.

Thanks...No I did nothing. Have you checked your status using new status checker? What does it say? You applied 10 days after me so hopefully you are next in line for the test invite.
