I worked with a company for almost a month and 20 days. Job title was Consultant: Technical Support Analyst. I requested letter for CEC and they issued me a letter with following duties. Which I guess are fit with NOC 2282 and I also sent email to noc-cnp @ workingincanada.gc.ca to identify correct NOC but its been more than 10 days and they have not responded as yet.
Experts please suggest what would be the correct NOC for following duties:
-Monitoring alerts with networking monitoring tools.
-Managing vendors for hardware remediation.
-Identifying and escalating technical issues in the plant.
-Providing status updates for customers and operations team.
-Working in a team-centric environment.
Would appreciate positive concerns.
