Hello , im hoping someone can help , do parent and sisters have to have med's and police check done even if they will NOT be coming to Canada there in the Netherlands. Also we have to kids independent but have never had much contact with them and don't know their were abouts do we still have to put them on appl there over 23 .

Yes, you must list all family members, this includes children that you might not have any contact with. Just list their last known addresses' and note on a separate piece of paper that there is no contact and you are unsure of where they are located now. Because they are well past the age of being able to be included in your application it will not affect your application processing times.
