Kids citizenship under 19 age problem

I am trying to apply kids passport under 19 age the passport office asking proof of landing documents which I don’t have IRCC said we don’t reproduce this documents again, kids have citizenship certificates I don’t no why they are not helping any advice please

I wasn't aware that they (still?) request proof of landing documents, you can try to push back on that (check the instructions carefully). (Or is this a case where the children do not have other supporting documents?

But to answer specific question: you cannot get a new copy of landing documents, but you apply for a verification of status instead:

i would suggest trying to confirm wth the passport office that this is what they want, since you cannot get the copy of landing documents (per IRCC).
