Kids are canadian citizens

Hi,
I am going through my PR application. Two of my kids are canadian citizens. How will I include them in the PR application. Accompanying or unaccompanying children. Does passport is necessary for them to process the application. My younger one is 3 months old. He doesn't has passport. please help me !!

Include them as unccompanying.
And a birth certificate will do just fine for the three months old.

Sorry again, does Birth certificate is considered as a national identity document.? When we fill the personal details

They asked the date of issue and expiry date. As long as there is no expiry date for Birthcertificate. How will I fill that partrt
