Hi All,

I m qualified for canadian immigration as an ERP consultant from all aspects.
Unfortunately, I got kiddney transplant recently.
I want to know that shall I go for canadian immigration or they will refused me on medical grounds.
If so i will not apply then!

Regards,

You have to search in this forum, I have seen a post long time ago someone saying they got approved even he had kidney transplant.

How are you? I am a kidney transplant for 6years. how are you doing now? My application for FSW still in the process and I hope my KT will not affect my medical and and experience descrimination.

Looking forward to communicate with you. God bless you always :D

Regards,

If your current medical condition is normal & does not require any sort of regular medical treatment or constant medication/hospitalization, then you are good to go. All your Kidney function tests should be normal.
You should then have no reason to worry as it will not lead to rejection, however the DMP should be convinced (through tests that he/she will advise) that your medical condition does not require regular or prolonged clinical attention.

The cost of the anti-rejection drugs in Canada will be a factor in whether you pose "excessive demand" in the medical, as well as follow up care.

Agreed with the reply of respected PMM.

Please do not be worried provided that all the human organs including kidneys are working properly.

Medical Services Division Officers at CHCs are very well aware that there is no need for long term anti-rejection treatment after organ transplant therefore the chances of refusal on the basis of 'Medical Excessive Demand' is very little.

Please go ahead.

May God Bless You !
