Hi,its Parteek from India , I applied for Jan intake on 24 Nov and got refusal on 9 Dec (other reason) .My consultant says I should reapply for the same Jan intake because my application doesn't lack anything, Please suggest should I apply again for the same Jan intake now . My classes starts from 22nd jan

I passed diploma in mechanical engineering in 2016 and choose motive power technician in Cambrian college Ontario .... Other reason including level of establishment , missing Mark sheets were the reason ...
Unlikely given it is already 12/18 and given the upcoming holiday period that you would get a study permit approved now to start 1/22 so probably best to look for a later start date.
Maybe also consider dropping the agent given with the little info you have shared seems application could have been doomed to fail.
