I sent mine under FSW (cooks category with arranged employment) in Jan. App received: jan 23,2014. I've just had my cc charged on 20th Feb. Waiting for file number.
Somebody whose app was received on 10th Jan just got their File number on 21st Feb. So yours should be about 6-7 weeks from now.
