I just sent in our application only to realize I did not include the workbook. Should I send it in right away or wait until I have a uci number and/or the file is sent to the VO? Thanks everyone

At this point you're going to have to wait for either your package to be returned, or a request of document, as sending in additional documents without a UCI# as reference is pointless.

What do you mean by 'workbook'?

By workbook do you mean document checklist?

If your application is incomplete one of two things will happen.

1. Cic will return your entire application as being incomplete.

2. They will request the missing document from you at which time you will send it in with file number, name etc so they can attach it to your file.

Whatever it is, there's no way to send it now, because CIC would NOT be able to match it with your package.
They will either return everything, or just ask for whatever is missing...and there's no way to tell which will happen, until it happens.

Good luck!

So because it is not something specifically asked for by CIC the likelihood of your application being returned is non existent.

Simply wait until you recieve your file number/UCI and send it to CIC with that information so they can attach it to your file.

I don't think they'll return the entire application for that. They may not even ask for it at all.

This is a required document under the country specific guide.

OP. Do not send it now or even after AOR. Wait for file to be transferred to Warsaw and once you have confirmation file is there send a case specific inquiry to Warsaw advising that you need to submit the workbook and that you will courier same to them.

Wow, I didn't think education and work history were scrutinized for a family sponsorship application.
