anyone looking for job please contact me i have 3 stores and looking for help

Hello Elevyn11 - you have been repeating yourself and spamming on different posts with the same content. Most of the posts - (such as this one) - have been created by people who are looking for Professional jobs - not survival jobs. Do you think that's effective?

My suggestion to you would be to create your own post - include your job descriptions and then hopefully you'll be receiving some responses. If you prefer to continue spamming - that would be your choice ofcourse!

were you able to find a good job?

What I learnt from my stint with AccesEmployment agency is that one should not spend their full bandwidth on the bigger portals.
The jobs there are either already filled in or they are there just to adhere to some policies.
Having that said, I am not saying all these big portals are bogus. Very few of them are realistically open to people in market.

One should target small companies. As per one study, in Toronto, 86% of the IT companies have abt 50-100 employees.
try to target these companies. Get their names from different was (linkedin, local news paper likr the globeand mail etc) and connect
with the people on linkedin, visit their website regularly.

These small scale companies wont spend the money on big portals.
They go by local advertising and referrals.

One such database can be found in theglobeandmail website in technilogy section.
They usually publish list of top 100 employers in Toronto by industry (not sure if its there at this point of time) but to get this list,
one need to do some reseach.

Another thing i learnt is that dont aim to land in the position where you were working in our home country.
Aim to get into the same industr at whatever position you can find and work your way up.
If you are lucky enough, you can find a position similar to in your home country.

Finding job in same industry is hard, but not impossible.
Just need a focussed approach.

Hope it helps.
