Congratulation, if you are in Quebec. You need to apply for selection Quebec. (If you have feel up well the paper) you will receive it back after 3 to 5 weeks.
With the selction Quebec, you can now apply for the PR. Please do it as soon as possible. After applying for ur pr / or before : you can use one copy of selection Quebec to apply for RAMQ too

If you are in Quebec , you do not need to wait for CSQ before you apply for PR. Currently the processing period for CSQ is between 4 - 12 weeks. Please send your PR application immediately and you can always update your application when your CSQ has been issued by Quebec.

Hi @Xgonna, You only need your positive NOD to apply for your PR. Also, you’ll need the same document to apply for the Ontario health card. Here is the link of all the information required for Ontario health card application. https://www.ontario.ca/page/documents-needed-get-health-card#section-0.
Furthermore, if you have an expired or soon to be expired work permit, you can always do a renewal of your work permit on IRCC website.
