Just finished degree (corres) and running own business paying taxes... any hope?

I just finished my final year of three year degree in BSc Multimedia Graphics (correspondence from a renowned Indian university), comes under NOC- 5241 Graphic Designers and Illustrators. I am running a private limited company in Delhi (in the multimedia segment) with a decent turnover from the last 4 years. I am 36 now, I am looking for closing the business and immigrate to Canada. I actually have a lot of experience in multimedia graphics, almost 12 years as consultant/freelancer and in own company.

1. How will I be able to show my experience under Skilled Worker?
2. Will I get my education points since I did my graduation so late after 10+2 in 1990?
3. Do you think my experience before degree and before my company will be considered?
4. How about applying in Business Immigration?... will it be fast?

Yes you can apply under FSW1 if 5241 is in the ministerial list or under FSW2 if you get a job in Canada.


2. Will I get my education points since I did my graduation so late after 10+2 in 1990?
YES, of course. Education is education as long as it is recognized education.


3. Do you think my experience before degree and before my company will be considered?
I believe it would but you don't need to show that. But wait for someone to confirm that.

4. How about applying in Business Immigration?... will it be fast?
Not sure.

Your thoughts to my queries are really appreciated. Quick update, I met one agent yesterday and came to know a lot more about the immigration process. She also said, it is very much possible with my current status. Just thinking now, whether to go with the agency or just apply myself.
