i applied sds online on june 29, got my acknowledgement on july 20. my medicals were passed on july 27 and review of eligibility started on july 28.

my status still shows reviewing eligibility and application is still in progress.

when can i expect a decision?

We are waiting. It's almost 60 days now. I booked my flight on 22nd now I have to reschedule

My classes are from 29th so atleast I thought I need to book a week before.

But still you should never done the booking without the visa decision. Visa officers never recommend thay
