Hello guys
I got an ita yesterday . My question is i got my study visa refused earlier but now i got ita to apply for PR . Does that refusal effect my PR case . Now i have a job offer too . My experience is not in last 3 years . And I left canada on 17 june 2017 . But i got my police clearance from rcmp there on 13 june . Now i am in india do i need to apply for new police clearance certificate because someone said to me to apply new one. . But it is not possible for PCC for canada outside canada .

if your Candian PCC is only valid up to the 13th of June and you left on the 17th you are likely to have problems.

100% sure they will check on why your study visa was rejected. Depending on that reason it could impact your PR case. Why was it rejected?

You can get a Canadian PCC from outside the country http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/criminal-record-and-vulnerable-sector-checks

Not sure you need it though, surely the CIC can check that themselves? (I could be wrong on this, hopefully someone clarifies)

Any sort of Visa Refusals will be looked into by the CIC. If you could explain why the Student Visa was refused, maybe the seniors can help better.

As for PCC, you should always get it after you leave the country and NEVER when you are still residing there. This scenario is only applicable to people who are planning to visit their home country or planning to move abroad for some reasons. A country's PCC is only accepted if the date is complete with your Passport Exit date. This is what I know. The seniors can help you out better.
