If they requested for it, they would have created a space where you can upload it. When you click "view submitted document", you should see a new field for you to upload it.

thank you for reply, when i check view submitted docs there is no field created for me to upload docs.
However, my med status says - We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.
lol thats just so confusing.
still can't reach cic over the phone.

Yes it was me! I got my gcms notes on Oct 24 and I saw that they put "missing fingerprints" but they had not asked me for rcmp. So, I was asking whether I should go ahead and still do it. They eventually asked for it on Oct 30 and approved my application immediately I submitted!

Update: finally was able to reach the very friendly and helpful CIC agent!
He advised that everything has been passed, but med since they used an old one, not the one i submitted with my application.
He advised me that he will put a note on my file to review my med and also provided with med info and advised to email CPC Ottawa with that info for them to find my med report file. Hopefully, soon soon soon!!!
