Can you contact your visa office and get their opinion? It seems one can send mail to New Delhi VO (on General Enquiry: Delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca) and they might get back to you in couple of weeks. Same thing may be available for London VO.

Hi all,

I am single applicant but I had to provide the detail of all non-accompanying family. Now will I have to provide degrees, birth certificates, passports etc of my wife and children also. I am getting two advices here. One group suggest that educational documents, birth certificate and passports of non-accompanying and non-fee paying family members. On the other hand, second group declares it a must to send educational documents, passports, birth certificates.

Pls give your expert opinion.

Now another prob? I dnt have copies of my forms ......do I fill in new one's with exact the same info or with the updated info

Finally winter brought good news for me... 1st Nov...its zero degree temp out here.. and its my day... Got first AOR... now time to work on documents needed... ;D :

Hello Everyone,

Am a new member in this forum...I need a clarification please...

I got the intial temporary file number in June 2010 and my last date for submitting the 120 days documents was Oct 20th. I had all the documents ready except for IELTS and requested Visa office for extension? Will VISA office give extension for submitting the IELTS results?

Give a try mate but as far as I know they don't give any extensions but give it atry you have nothing to lose

Ok Guys,

Finally I've received my medical request from Singapore Visa Office yesterday. Date printed on the letter is 14th Oct 2010. After exactly 6months from my 2nd lodgement it comes to my hand. I'm really feeling so much happy. Thanks all

Congratulations!!

You need to fill in the new forms with exact (100%) same info. If you are not 100% close, then explain it in cover letter. If there are any major changes, include those changes in the new forms and mention in the cover letter.

Here is what they mentioned in the AOR:
"When submitting your complete application to the visa office, you must advise them of any changes in your application (e.g. birth of a child, marriage, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are..."

1. does that mean I sign the new forms with current date and
2. changes and the updated info should be included inside the forms or in the cover letter only
