Anybody here sent their documents to CIC and received by month of June?

In my case I was assisted by an immigration consultant here in Manila. My documents was received last June 2, 2010 in Nova Scotia. Until now i have no response from them with regards to my case file number. The fact is I have filled up already the follow up form and sent directly to CIC. I've been waiting for more than 4 months now.

What i did i went to local bank here in order for them to make a bank draft for me and enclosed that bank draft along with my documents... My documents was received June 2, 2010 in NS according to the tracking number from FEDEX...

Your draft is probably encahed by CIO. If your application failed preliminary check, you should have received it by now. Since that did not happen,

You can check with your bank to see if it was encashed or wait for your AOR.

There were three rejected cases after encashment.Do you think we can be hopeful that CIO has finished processing of applications after encashment ,and has sent rejected files, so there isnot any rejected files in june and may applicants? I am worried about rejection of my application. : :

I think you are worrying a lot re it!Always leave posts about rejection ...Please think and be more positiv and remember that a lot of june applicat are reading our thread and start to worrying with after your words ))) Dont worry you will got your AOR very very soon!And hpe that none form June and May thread wont got rejection!!!!

Deep down everyone has worries about the rejection of their applications right up until the point they actually get the visa. But until you get an AOR or rejection letter you have no way of knowing whether or not CIC has completed, or even started, the eligibility review for your case which happens after credit card/draft cashed. As soon as the eligibility review is complete they'll send AOR or rejection letter, I can't see why they would hold back any AORs until the rejection letters were all done.

Unfortunately nothing to be done but sit and wait it out.
