Just want to say goodluck to all, thats us re filling in paperwork and doing all other requirements under new rules to reaply.Will be re sending app again asap.So its fingers crossed again,we look at that app returned as a little set back,will still stay strong to acheive our dream to go to canada.

As far as I know, rejection is by regular mail.
1st AOR is by email.

It is good that you are reapplying early before the FSW cap is over.

How will I know when my application reached to CIO. I have sent it through ordinary post from US sometime 25th May. So far I have got no acknowledgement or AOR. Can someone help.

If you have sent your application by ordinary post it may have reached CIO in June. June applications processing started 1.5 weeks ago. This is the second week.

If they reject your application you will receive the entire package you have sent. Check if they have charged your CC or Draft. If the payment is done, be happy and wait for an AOR (acknowledgement email). Many of us are waiting for the "Payment -done" indication or rejection.

You can wait for few more days or call them.

Hi,

I am from Australia, my NOC is 1231, My application was received on 4th june 2010 CIO and they charged my credit card on 25th August 2010. You can take a rough idea of time line.

Good news!

I think starting from next week they will try to charge second week of June applicants CC's.

We have only two applicants for 10/06/10 whose card was charged..

Why don't you want to call to your bank and find out if your DD was cashed?

actually right now i am in office and dont have my DD number so cant track it. sure i will try tomw. thanks for your kind concern.

do any body guess when we will receive our 1st File Number? average time for processing in CIO is about 90 days now is it correct?
