if they are just doing quick initial assessment of application
then some people from our group should not charged.

and CIO main duties before 26 is to do quick assessment
I don't think they will back for second detailed review.

It can be possible that they are putting out NOC file separately
for more detail assessment later.

I believe CIO can not be so unfair .They are not supposed to do assessment as per category .
Just checked the may thread and there is a applicant thejackson is 4131 and got his CC charged just a day before.
Its better we stop assuming things and wait patiently.

Yesterday 3 ladies from Russian sours have been charged.They are June applicants for ( 03/02 june)

Here is my take on it.

1) Like Lakhvinder said they may be doing quick scan for yes/No. For example Smiler (Jun 07) got his rejection due to a missing document. If you guys (upto june 10th) have not received it by now means you may have passed one stage. Also Nitma seem to be already working in Canada and has 67 points without IELTS (based on his old post). He is a sure YES.

2) Stage 2 seems to be checking the apps rigorously and charging credit cards. You can see that everyday some of the May applications are still getting charged.

3) Stage three is where all the applications data is entered into computer and probably rechecked before issuing an AOR. This seem to be moving very slow.

I am not saying that we are safe but CIO can not treat some categories in different way. thats not rule... Earlier when 38 list was introduced in Nov 2008 they implemented it from feb 2008 applicants. They could do the same even this time but they didn’t. now how could they keep some categories on stake.
Just b'coz we are from eliminated NOCs, don't let negative thoughts come in.

Hello all,

I got this weblink today while surfing, i have gone through various posts n found it very intresting to read various views n news.

I applied from Pune/India, under NOC 4131, my application reached to CIC/NS on 17h June 2010. Kindly add me to this list. I checked with my Bank n learnt that so far my demand draft has not encashed.

Any idea when can my DD will get encashed and when can i receive AOR? Expets kindly comment.
