I am new to the forum and want to have your valuable advice for my real concern.
I have landed Calgary in last week of June 2013 and returned back to my home country within 35 days without receiving PR card. I have received my SIN and health card on same Calgary mail box (relative address) whereas PR card still awaited. Its almost four months passed...
By exploring cic website, following options are available:

Or

mail/fax pdf document (IMM 5451) SOLEMN DECLARATION CONCERNING A PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD THAT WAS LOST, STOLEN, DESTROYED OR NEVER RECEIVED

Your guidance is requested in order to take what further actions required or still have to wait silently.

Sir,
I was applied for PR at April 2010, still till to date my application was "IN Process", on pending review in Singapore office and their last status is "your application was reviewed and started processing at April 2012".

still now a date October 19, 2013 it is remaining same

Application send to CSI............April 2010 (FSW)
CSI send a letter....................July 2010 (request to send all the doc to Singapore Visa office 120 days)
Send to Singapore all the doc..... October 2010
SVO want update from me .............January 2012 (give 60 days)
send update to SVO......................March-2012.
SVO was reviewed and started processing at ...........April 2012

my question is that, how much time to complete the process for medical letter received and what is the status of my application now.

My case consultant ask no need to send PCC, POF, etc (i.e salary statement (Bank), same employer`s letterhead, kids school certificates) if they(ndvo) not ask for it and send only required docs and forms.....senior suggest what to do...

and how is dr. livtar singh chawla at ludhiana for Medical Examination....

Which docs they have asked for, Also that mail id seems: you had an email to attain one of those Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) I had that mail last week,

MY Dear,
send PCC latest, POF, and other required documents. It is required.f they ask later, you have to do again. better make ready everything what you need to submit as complete package.

First : in this email I have received ciip brochures and one letter asking for medical , Rprf, valid original passport s.
Second : Forms for medical.

They have not asked for fund snd pcc. Why ????? I don't know.

Seniors please advise.

I guess dreamsaboutcanada has got same thing, I feel more like, they are not much interested for additional documents then MR, I got same way, didnt ask for any documents, my consultant asked me not to submit any additional documents if they havent ask for,

i see it has been a really good september and october with visas and MRs being issued. congratulations to all and may you have good fortunes in canada!

i have not been quite as lucky as London VO is a bit slow in processing.

i have been asked to submit updated forms in June and then nothing - no ECAS update or confirmation of receipt of documents.

we then had our first child in july and after securing birth certificates and passport, i proceeded to submit to update our documents last month.

last week, i got an email from London VO informing me that the payment form is incorrect and that they prefer bank draft - at least it confirmed that they have received and have looked at our updated documents...

bank draft takes one working week to prepare and on top of CAD 150 payment, bank charges and courier fees is around $80. then it takes another 6 working days for the courier to get to London.

i hope that by the time we get MR, it does not clash with our planned holiday in mid December. otherwise..................!!!

sorry just have to vent my frustrations!

i have applied for fsw visa in march 2010 from nova scotia, canada.
my process started in june 2011 in new delhi office.
medical and passport submission in march 2013.
ppc submitted in April 2013
landing fees deducted in April 2013 from bank.
caips recived on 11 oct 2013

still no response.

is everything is alright? what should i do?

plz share ur experience.
