What is ypur statuts now? did u got your mr? it impossible.... guys you are waiting for your visa 3 years.

Three years One week and one day to be precise, No not even an MR, MR's dried out after Jan-Feb-13. We are busy creating topic's and analysis of why it is not happening. Hmmmmmm.
Don't even know if we will be in right state of Mind to start life afresh, when and if wee receive the VISA.

Dear Sunny ji,

I am eagerly waiting for the days when u nd other friends would post happy news about status of their files. I think, who have landed or issued visas/recvd medicals are the lucky ones nd those who are still made to wait shall soon be blessed by the Almighty, as HE alone knows THE APPROPRIATE TIME FOR DOING SO.

I am really happy for you and others who have reached and started life afresh. Honestly my own delay takes a back seat when I see all those who have made it.

I am now almost getting out of the race as this wait has derailed my life plans.

No need to worry sunny Paji u r not the one who is going thru this trauma also don't drop ur plans just in hope of Canada. Make it plan B and keep on working on plan A.

Everybody here are almost there.

Matter of a few more days. (We all know, there is going to be a medical mansoon possibly by end may or 1st half of June)
Other previous pending applications are getting cleared.

I am a June 2010 applicant and have been in this forum since then, Last week i got the refusal letter from the embassy the reasons, The work experince letters form all the companies I have worked with did not satisfied the officer, what a piss poor excuse!!

God! Thats a bad news...rejection after waiting for 3 long years..Try to make an appeal

Hi, have received an email from London VO requesting for re submission of new application form, family declaration form etc. within 60 days.

the email says that applications still subject to verification checks and its expected that the decision will be taken in 2014.

Its also stated not to make case specific queries between 18 months time.

Any opinion? what is this about? why they asked for re submission of forms which were already submitted? I checked my eCAS and it still shows `in process`.

They have picked up the file for reviewing now and asking for refreshed details?

Your post gives a rapy of hope for all those who have been waiting for three years and three years is hell a long time for anyone to wait. Life would have changed for many in more ways than one.

But lets wait for another month or so to see are we lucky enough as others to receive the MR.

All the very best for those who are awaiting the MR's. Lets all hope that we live our lives in 2014 in Canada.

Application received at CIO on 17 June 2009,

Complete Application Package received by VO Islamabad in December 2009,

Application transferred to VO London on 30 June 2010,

Application reviewed and processing started at VO London on 24 January 2012.

It's almost 16 months now so when should I expect the medical request?

Isn't it late?

Thats true.....Dream of Canada has ruin our life and we have not got anything in last 3-4 years. We are running hebind than others as we were just waiting and posting our circumstances on forum..... Hope this should not be happen with others
