Hi one of the forum members got an MR finally after such a long gap. His timelines :-

Friends today By god's grace we have received our Medical request!!!

My time line is

Noc code 4131

Applied on 24th April 2010

Application received on NDVO 3rd May 2010

First AOR - 12th Sep 2010

Second AOR -14th Jan 2010

In process - Since 29th March...

Hope every one will get their MR very soon....

Dear Suuny ji,

It seems "He" has CAUTIONED NDVO to get its act together,so that sufferings of my friends in the forum,particularly those who are still made to wait, come to an end.
I am really very concerned about u all .Couple of ur posts in the forum moved me to ponder over the sanctity of so called NDVO'S JUST METHOD TO HANDLE of handling our FILLES.
Anyways, Sir,I shall keep praying for all of u ! I have unflinching faith in HIM. I am sure,ur waiting time is all set to end ,very soon.

Parharji thanks for your concern as always for all the members. Hope and faith is what keeps a person going and we learn the same from all your posts.
From your timelines seems like you are now moving off to the foreign lands on the 26th of this month. Have a great last week in India and best of luck for your future.

I agree with you....I dont think but can assume that there are chances of MR till June because CIC will start accepting applications from 4-May and NDVO may clear as many files they can till new document packages. Things are changed now so new applicants might required to send application package to CIC and they will transfer the file to NDVO which could take 1-2 months and meanwhile only those who are luckey will get MRs.

Its not gonna happen just because u think so. May 4th os not far off...Lets see...Do come back on forum on May 4th and update whether u received MR on not

What I read and understand so far for 4th May process.

First thing is that the NOC is much unpredictable,, In other words, those who were sleeping and thinking next to impossible to get them back on list ( Mech/Chem/Civil/Computer Eng kind of) are just shocked and much confused what to do to get their application on time by 4th may.

Those who have almost paid good money to consultant (Nurses/ Dentist/Cook/Chief etc) got washed off from list, they been ready with IELTS as well.

Now the third situation is that they must need French, which non of above guessed for. foreign credential is also must for them, which is kind of time consuming ( as per what I read in other threads, they need atleast a month or more to get it done and they got only 4 agencies named in website)

Being practical, New applicants might be able to send their full package by first week of june the earliest.

Thank you for sharing your understanding of new applications timelines.
CIC like MI2 and MI3 will take minimum of 4 to 6 months to analyze new applications received , and to transfer them to their respective Visa offices . I believe first application that will be in VISA office , from where actual movement for Medicals etc starts , will be either be in October end or Mid November -2013

All MI-1 applicants along with current new stream will be cleared by November 2014 , as visa office have to issue and clear applicants as per visa quota approved by CIC.
For this year 2013 they have Visa Quota of 53500/- Applicants

I believe all MI-1 applicants will be in active processing ie Medical Stage by December 2013 / January 2014 - Its simple , as far as I understand.

hi!!just wanna inquire from the seniors....2 weeks ago when i emailed visa office in manila and ff/up our case...they emailed back that"the medical furtherance of my daughter is still being reviewed by the senior medical officer"....just this week i received an email from my agent..actually they fwd to me the letter from the embassy..."your client's case is currently queued for the visa officer's review. we appreciate ur patience and understanding and will advise of the next steps in the processing"my question is that does local MP help to expidite the processing of our papers?my aunt who is already a citizen went to the office of the local MP and ask them to ff/up our application...thanx seniors..hope to hear from u!!!
