I think no......... because ndvo is clearing march april stock. After it they will issue the medical for may and june applicant if they have left the quota for 2013. Otherwise long wait. I think all march april applicant received visa in first quarter of 2013.

Hello,

Looks like I got my Medicals. I used to live in US and moved to Philippines recently. My Visa office was Buffalo. Now moved to Ottawa. Inspite of me requesting for change in address, not sure why they had sent the medicals to my US address. Before leaving US, I advised US Postal service to forward my mails to one of my friends and luckily got the medicals request. I am asking him to forward those documents to Philippines.

Need some information..

How much time does one get to complete the medicals once the documents are received?

Can I request them to forward my case to local visa office in Philippines. What will be the pros and cons? My concern is, once medicals are completed and if everything goes on well and they ask for passports, is it safe/allowed to send the passports outside the country?

Congrats to one n all on receipt of MR....

Hi members,

Somewhere i read that all March 2010 and April 2010 applications are being processed by NDVO for MR and that the turn of May 2010 and June 2010 applications will soon come subject to availability of quota. And that if quota is not available there there is a long wait again...

Could someone elaborate this in detail for my understanding? i.e. the quota system followed by NDVO and if quota is not available when with June 2010 applications be processed for MR?

Regards
M Karthik

Yes that's true one of my friend applied in April 10 got medical whose IP was wef 17-1-12
Seems they may atleast issue visa to June 25, 2010 till 2014

What I could gather from the foregoing is that you will continue to remain in the Philippines for the rest of the foreseable future. If that premise is correct, then you need to request that your case be transferred to the Philippines. That will help by cutting down on time your document will be on transit and the risk of loss in transit.

There isn't much pros and cons to it. write the current office handling the case, stating the your current situation and the rest will fall in line.

Certain level of tenacity may be advised.

Congrat, on the occasion of your Medical Request.

Cheers
