Seeking Urgent Advice,

At the End of June 2012, I have got a rejection Letter (Dated Mid June) from Turkey Visa Office (after file transfer from Damascus visa office that has closed...),

The Officer letter is saying:
<<Quote
...I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this
category, You have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC and that you performed all of the essential duties and a substantial number of the main duties, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC. The duties described on your employment letter do not match the occupational descriptions of the NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a Restaurant and Food Service Manager - 0631,...

>>Unquote

The idea is that i have submitted TWO separate experience certificates from the same employer, one describing the first position as supervisor for 2 years, the second experience certificate is describing my second position: manager for 3 years.
I am 100% sure that my employer 2nd certificate is mentioning at least the requested duties of NOC 0631, duties are similarly matching and not always the exact wording as in NOC, and the certificate is elaborating on some points and adding managerial duties on what is listed on NOC 0631.

Since the certificates from same employer are similar in form and format, I come to guess that the Officer has read the first certificate of experience (for the supervisor position and not the manager position) and the Officer might have judged me by mistake only for that first certificate...of course this would not qualify for NOC 0631
I have worked for this same employer for 6 years as a food service manager, earlier for full time, and lately for part time when i usually work as an engineer. (this is not supposed to affect the officer decision)

I have made my best of attention and time to submit a powerful application with concentration on details but I doubt it is a mistake from the visa officer (?), it might be a decision to do group rejection...
I am not relying on this immigration but i would like to make sure that i have did my best to the end, as in everything, and yes i gained experience from this, and i have tried seriously.

I have recently e-mailed the VO describing the issue and concerns, no answer yet.

The Rejection Letter says:
"Any original documents you submitted with your application are being returned to you",
I did not receive the documents yet but can I still do something?

Any suggestions about who to contact and where, and how to proceed is highly appreciated.

Good luck for all whatever you do

Dear, please share your e-cas timeline as it appears now, and you can send case specific inquiry to your visa office without delay, and also follow this thread:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/updated-topics/-t105961.0.html;topicseen

you will find people with similar cases where their application was rejected due to job description not corresponding with the NOC.

Any one who is working at same location and got promotion can provide single certificate mentioning different time frame not two different cert. Employer can write that XXXX has worked as XXX from XXX to XXX & as XXXX for XXXX following are the duties so Visaofficer can read all things I have also faced such problem in past but was luckey that I had a chance to reapply due to FSW was in running condition. Hope you can get visa. Now all Visa officers appereantly looking ourfiles and trying to find atleast 1 mistake to return our files...
