Hi Androse,

Undoubtedly you are real lucky my friend because as we have almost same time line but unfortunately we are totally unknown about our Medicals Request.

Seems New Delhi is quite busy with tackling other stuffs like giving priority to Post June applicants. They don't have enough time for us and may be waiting for new list to be fulfilled and for which may be it will be 2 or more years at least the following reply shows this:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email inquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
An Acknowledgement of Receipt letter was sent to you after your application was received by our office.
Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review.

Unless we have specifically asked you to do so, you are not required to submit any documentation at this time. Our office will contact you to provide the required supporting documentation for the assessment of your application.

If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, your application will take two years or more to be processed. Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between 27 February 2008 and 25 June 2010) than originally projected. During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011. As a result, applicants will wait two years or more to be processed.

May you get your VISA soon Androse.

Thank you so much Pal. I need that.

You are welcome.. So I guess now it is clear that our application take 2 or more years to process... right??

hi

don't be dishearten my friend you will get ur no soon

i think the reason behind the faster processing for pre june applicant in manila because they must not have many applicant qualified for MI-2 and MI-3. So they must have visa quota left for this year and also time to process pre june applicants

as new delhi, london, ny, buffalo must have enough application in MI-2 and MI-3 to meet the visa quota for 2011 so that we have to wait.

We must pray that canada still keep the same or grant more visa quota for 2012 or may temporary suspend to accept new application till the backlog been cleared, so we all can get some news about our applications.

all the best with processing. this is my analysis i am not an expert though

regards

Hi everybody,

As most of my friends i m also waiting n waiting. I recieved my 2 aor on January 6.

Mpnp as my real sister lives in winnipeg. When manitoba immigration asked me to provide
A letter in writing asking that if i will b issued letter of approval from mpnp i will withdraw my fedral application.

Now 2 days before i hv recieved my letter of approval from manitoba immi. (voooohoooo).
Now in l.o.a. I hv been asked to send complete application to ndvo , again lol .

Now. My question is whether i hv to apply for withdrawl of my fedral application or i can directly
Send my file.
Is there any way ndvo can swith my application fee from fedral to mpnp provinicial nominee ?

I hv sent a mail to ndvo as well byt hvnt heard anything yet.

Any1 suggest me wht to do ?

Hi all,

I got GCMS notes yesterday , the last time visa officer worked on my file was 01/08/11, it says preparation review completed , IELTS and Age points given verified, educational and experience letter appears genuine, FOSS check done.

I would appreciate your comments, if the visa officer mentioned that the documents appear genuine then there is still a chance for employment verification.

Hi sandy,
As it says 'appear genuine' that mean your documents seems true but not yet checked authenticity or say not done any verification. thus they do verification during background check.
well thanks for sharing information with us.. at least we came to know that they have been working on pre june apps however very slowly.

what is next BFD mentioned ?
