No this address is not new, its CIC mail ID, actually ecas status update is taken care by CIC only not VO so you need to interact with them.

I even can't access in ecas.I tried with first number from CIO and with second from the letter with 2 AOR.

Try this:
First use your ID number
Second type your last name as it appers in your passport
Third your birth date and finally your country, that worked for me, i did not have to type my name.

Ok guys, today my Ecas is showing "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete" but my papers are at the visa office, is going slow, too slow i would say.
