Same thing with me, also same thing with marriage certificate. I will scan the originals stamped and translation and then explain in LOE about this.
If anyone else has experience with this issue, it will be great to hear about them!

There is UCI field now we all know that. My question is does remain blank as i am CEC inland and i have UCI no. but in account the field is still blank anuone knows about that.
