We submitted through a representative on June 15th.

On September 8th, we received an AIP letter ("It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence
as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class.").

On October 5th, we (our rep) received the same letter again.

Has anyone received two AIP letters, or perhaps might know why? The contents are exactly the same.

Applied:
05 / June / 2023

Pre-Arrival Services: 04 / August / 2023

Nothing after this so far. Any idea when I can expect the next response from IRCC?

We have the same problem. I uploaded the photo and declaration in the portal since September 25. Same thing I’m also Inland. I still don’t have my eCoPR yet. I’m not sure if you can travel outside Canada, you might probably need to apply for PRTD in order for you to re enter to Canada. I also need to travel in 2 weeks, but I just cancelled my flight just because of this eCoPR
Ohh i see. Have you talked to IRCC or tried through Webform yet?

Yes. I emailed them and sent them tons of webforms. I also called them can’t remember how many times. No response from email and the webforms. The IRCC agents I talked to, told me I just need to wait since there’s a backlog happening at the moment. What’s your eCoPR expiry date?

Stuck at bg check since 1 sept :( :( .. i assume most of June applicants is in the same boat.
Just be patient with the BG Check, I'm a May Applicant and may BG was stuck from 27 June 2023. It was only marked as completed on the PR Tracker on 19th of October 2023. That's 4 months and yours is only 2 months and counting.

Hi,
Inland spousal sponsorship application submitted on June 18th.
Eligibility, biometrics and medical are updated as completed in August in PR tracker and received Pre-arrival letter on August 30th.
GCKey login still shows eligibility check as in Progress. Is this normal?
Background check is in progress since then.
VO is Mississauga. Did anyone with Mississauga office get recent updates on background check?
