Hi there

My Wife and I applied for our citizenship in June 2020. We've given our written tests and passed it... but there has been radio silence since then. We moved homes and updated the address but it is not even reflecting.. any suggestions on when we can expect our paperwork to be completed please?

You might want to join the June 2020 thread where the discussion is already ongoing. You are not alone, there are several applicants that are stuck. In the June 2020 thread, post your question and provide more information (like if you were requested fingerprints, what's the status of your BG checks etc).
