June 2019 TRV Timelines

I applied on 18th June for TRV(Paper Application). On the same day I linked my application online.The application reached at Canadian visa office on 23rd. On 24th my review of eligibility changed stating we are reviewing your “Eligibility Requirements”. Because previously I was issued a Canadian TRV in 2016 for 6 months therefore biometrics were exempted for me.
Moreover, I hold a valid US(visited in 2016) visit visa and also been to Canada in 2016 so hopefully my case is in CAN+. Hoping to get a good outcome. Adding to this I have also been to Europe in 2018.
If counting every country in my travel history so the count close to 14 in total. At the end the most important point is that no matter what is your travel history, financial assets, close ties to your home country but Canada is always unpredictable.

Anyone from India applied for TRV using paper application?

My father submitted it on 14th June. Online status says, we are processing your application. Considering 12 days timeline in India I was expecting atleast eligibility review to start.

When will status change approx?

Still waiting
My question is that my Canada reason visit was on 2 July and 3 July
Hotels itenary was from 30june to 5 th july
What will happen now reason of visit is 2nd July which is tomorrow now
Can anyone assess my file situation.

Have you linked your application to online account? I don't think it helps a lot, however few signs in online account may help.

1st July is Canada day, so probably embassy was also closed in India. With that I doubt if you will get passport on time, unless they already made a decision & sent passport before Friday.
