The return of documents part I'm not sure. But order your notes online in the meantime. I just ordered mine. Hoping to try again. I tried online. It's easier to me. At least we don't have to worry about the bio again.

It's a long shot. But I really want him to visit me here. I'm gonna try again and just address their concerns.

Did you write a cover letter stating your purpose of visit?

What I did for my dad, was to show transaction from his other bank account that he transferred to his primary account. So added bank statement of all and highlighted transaction in LOE. I guess, if you can prove all those big transaction source was genuine , they will not deny on financial status.
For purpose, you need to accept that your visa was refused and then provide an explanation in short points with proof. Like why will you return back to country. Family ties..work commitments. Parents etc. Be clear about why you want to visit canada, who will sponsor you or you are self sponsored.,where will you be staying, for how long, travel itinerary etc.

Rest wait for senior members to help you for your profile.

how many days it will take to get the final decision after they start reviewing the eligibility ?
Depends on Country visa processing time.
For India , 12 days after you submit bio I guess. It can take more also, based on documents submitted.
Within these 12 days, your review starts.

I did...I don't think it was detailed enough. So I'm going to fix that. I want to be more honest in this one and just please our case. He's Jamaican so its hard enough as it is to get him here this way. I think people give up or don't even try just to not waste money. But I'm going against that.

I just want him to meet my family. I'm waiting on the last part of my divorce. I've been separated 8 years just never got officially divorced. I plan to marry my BF. But not on this trip. He wants us to get married in Jamaica and give me the wedding I never had so there really are no plans to overstay. My birthday is next month. He just wants to be here for it. :(

His financials are not that great. But My sis gave me a loan to try and help with that. Yes its a long shot overall but I don't like to give up easy. It's not in my DNA.
