Hello,

I just got an invitation for zoom virtual oath ceremony for friday, Aug 21 via email from someone named 'Mahida XXXXX' (witholding last name for privacy) and the email address ends in @cic.gc.ca. Anyone else receive this, hoping its not a scam, it also includes my citizenship application and full name
I didn't get any phone call before hand and the email had detailed instruction

My timeline is:

Application sent : June 5, 2019
Application received : June 8, 2019
AOR: August 2019
Test Date: December 17, 2029
Decision made: December 31, 2020
Virtual Oath email: August 19, 2020
Virtual Oath Ceremony: August 21, 2020

Congrats! I have the same timeline, did my test and interview in Scarborough on Dec 19th as well. So hoping for the best! Congrats again

For me, Still i have not received Test Invite as well..

I tried to call CIC couple of days back, the call automatically disconnects after some IVR messages.
Anyone - have the same situation, got any updates?

ADMIN - I think the Excel Tracker is not yet updated for couple of months!!!

In the same boat too. Still waiting for test invite. At the moment, there is no information on when the tests will resume.

I just called IRCC and they just told me that testing still on hold and they don’t know when tests will resume

my file is only pending testing .

hopefully soon they’ll put a plan in place.

How do we know which processing center is processing our application. I am Apr 2020 applicant , received AOR. I gave residence location as Kitcherner, ON and mailing address as Ottawa, ON. Now i am moved to USA.

Yes, he or she is the first one to receive an AOR and his/her case is urgent processing I believe.

Patience is very much required when dealing with IRCC.
