My file is launched on 7 June online. Got 3 mails from CIC donotreply on 11-12-13 June from then to now there is no update

When did you get the application number ?
That is the actual date from when you are in the que.
I applied on 18th June but received application no on 22ndjune, so my actual date is 22nd and not 18th, this is what I think

HELP!
I applied paper route on May 30 and linked my application online on June 4. 2 weeks later I received an update saying my application has been refused. However, I am yet to receive my passport and each time I track my application via vfs it say application is being processed at the Canadian visa office. I even emailed vfs through the helpline and they responded saying my application is still being processed. Please whatwdoes this mean. I am confused and don't know what to do as I intend on reapplying asap.
