It varies...a day or can take longer as well.

Do we need to be present on the day of DECISION MADE? (I see in file that the TEST/INTERVIEW dates are different form DECISION MADE dates - sometimes they are almost 1-4 weeks apart - of course one has to be present on TEST/INTERVIEW date).

TEST INTERVIEW Date - yes one has to be present
DECISION MADE Date : is it mandatory or not required to be present?????
OATH CEREMONY Date - Yes one need to be present.

Once you get your invitation for test/interview you need to go to the IRCC designated center to give the test and attend the interview. If after this stage i.e passing the test and interview you can find on Ecas Decision made. It means you have cleared all their requirements and now you need to wait patiently to get a Oath invitation.

Am Najabad14 also from Ottawa, when did you expecting oath letter?
Secondly when you got test invite your ecas changed immidiatly or take few days to appear 4th line of text invite?
