My application was processed in Mississauga. Mississauga doesn't send pre-arrival letters. Only some VOs do that.

Just received the Passport Request email an hour ago guys!!! So excited!!! Finally the end is here. Hoping to be able to move to Canada by the beginning of June 2018.

Has anyone heard anything since their background check went into process on Feb 27? How long are the police checks valid for? Ours is from Feb/17.

You are lucky...at least your BGC in process..most LVO cases not even got bgc update

Our BGC went in process Feb 27 as well and our PCC expired in February 2018. They requested more documents that were originally submitted with our application. They also requested a new PCC but requested it mailed and not uploaded because I guess they wanted original copies. Sent documents and they received all documents March 12 and ADR changed to “Not Applicable” just after they requested additional documents and has remained the same since not sure what it means!! Hoping good news soon

I'm hoping for good news for you too. We have not received any mails instructing to do a new police. Our additional documents changed to not applicable Feb 27 sametime as background check went into process.

Do you have any idea what the “Not Applicable” means? Is it a good sign ? Is our application going in the right direction? How long before we get a DM, do you think??
